This part two of Masturbation is about the reason and health benefit of Masturbation for both men and women and also about some facts you might not know about masturbation.  It's too bad that our society encourages shame and guilt about masturbation. However, despite the hush-hush attitude most of us have adopted about the subject, most men do masturbate and will acknowledge it openly among their male peers (and feel sexy).
We already know that sex has a ton of healthy benefits, but did you know masturbation has some too in fact, there are some health benefit to solo sex that are even better than regular sex. So, don’t feel too bad if you’re solute at the moment.
