Hand care with simple Home remedies


Hands are as important as the Face. Most people just know how to take care of the face, teeth, hair but very few are aware of how to take good care of their. Since our hands are used to carry out most of the chores, they also need pampering and relaxing to look nice and smooth.
After the face, hands are part of the body that easily gets noticed by people.  In spite of this, hands and feet are the part of the body that easily gets neglected.

Do you know that your hands easily show your age faster than any other part of the body? They do so much work and should be give special. Here are few home tips in hand care.
ü Moisturize your hand
The most important thing is to keep your hands moisturized as frequent washing of the hand during the day dries up the hand skin. Use a good quality hand moisturizer and apply it at least three times in a day
ü Massaging
Massage your hand at night  for at least five minutes to let the goodness of the moisturizer soak in. for very rough hands, mix your moisturizer with a bit of Vaseline so that they can protect all though the night.
ü Scrub/Exfoliate your Hand
Scrub your hands at least once a week with good exfoliating agent to get rid of dead skin. If you have no time to buy one at the local store, you can make one at home. Take a teaspoon each of granulates sugar and olive oil mixes it well with the juice of half lime.
Tip: 1. you can use this scrub without the olive oil. If you have used the oil, wash your hand with a mild soap and lukewarm water. If you did not use the oil just rinse you hand with lukewarm water and pat your hand dry
        2.  Alternatively, you can use facial defoliant on your thin-skinned back hand instead of scrub
ü Care for the nails and cuticle
Your nails and cuticle also need special care:
1.       When you file your nails, file them in one direction rather than a seesaw action. A seesaw action can separate the layers of the nail and if water finds its way between those layers, it can lead into nail peeling. You should trim your nails at least once in two weeks.
2.       When you paint your nails always use a base coat so that your nails are not stained. Using a base coat will help the nail polish last longer.
3.       Use a good quality cuticle cream or oil to prevent the cuticle from roughing out or drying. While you are taking a shower or after you have applied oil, gently back your cuticle with a washcloth. This way you can any need to cut your cuticle.
ü Eating Right
What you eat is very important. Proteins, Vitamin B, Vitamin E supplement should be a part of your diet to get a strong, healthy nails and keep your hands smooth and soft.
Home Remedies and Natural beauty tip for Hand care
·         Mix 1tsp of Glycerin, half teaspoon of lemon juice with few drops of rose water and apply twice daily.
·         Apply coconut oil with petroleum jelly to cure rough and chapped hands.
·         Wear gloves while doing housework like washing dishes, gardening and general cleaning. This helps to protect the hand from harsh chemicals.
·         Rub peels of lemon on rough elbows.
·         Blend banana, add 1-2 tsp spoon of honey to it and apply it to the hands. Wash it off after it dries
·         Mix white of an egg, 1tsp of glycerin. Little honey, and powdered barley to make soft paste. Apply it to the hands, leave it to dry. Then wash it off with warm water.
·         Mix almond powder, sugar, milk cream, lemon juice together and us as a scrub.
·         Wash hands, pat dry and apply vinegar diluted in a little water and put on a pair of gloves. Leave for 15 minutes. Wash it with warm water and pat dry.
