Over the years a lot of people have heard that eating unripe
plantain is good for the health, but have not taken it seriously. It’s one of
the foods we see around but most have neglected it, preferring the ripe or over
ripe plantain to the unripe ones. Unripe plantain though is a type of meal; it’s
both preventive and curative measure to a host of illnesses ranging from Kidney
problems, diabetics, high blood pleasure, low sperm count, ulcer, etc.
