6 Simple Home Remedy for Darken Elbow, Knees and Knuckles


Black skin is beautiful, but many Black women don't like to have unusually darker skin around the elbows, knees and even the underarms. Dark elbow and knees is a common problems faced by men and women irrespective of their age or race. Removing these black spots is a time taking process but here are some simple home remedies that can help you get rid of those dark and black elbows and knees that where formed by friction and dryness.

1.   Rub Lime juice over the discolored area and leave 15-20 minutes. Soak a towel in hot water and scrub firmly. Repeat this for 2 weeks.
2.    Mix equal quantity of olive oil and sugar to make a thick paste. Apply this mix on to the black knees and elbow. Rub the skin using mixture for about 5 minutes. Wash off using mild soap and water. Repeat this twice a day until you notice change in color.
3.   Take the juice of one lemon and mix it with one tablespoon of honey.  Apply the mixture of lemon and honey on the affected area and leave for at least 20 minutes. Wash off the mixture with water to get a lightened skin. Do this regularly or 3 to 4 weeks.
4.   Take fresh leaves of Aloe Vera and take out the gel by breaking the fresh leaf. Apply the fresh gel to knees and elbow and leave it for half an hour then wash off for fresh looking knees and elbow. Repeat this daily.
5.    Add some lime juice to a gram flour to make it damp.ply the mixture and rub in a circular motion, allow it to dry and wash it off to get lighter colored skin.
6.    Lemon and salt is also a great way of exfoliating your darken elbow and knees. Just mix salt in lemon juice and apply it on the darken area, rub for 5 minutes the wash off.

Try these solutions daily for best results. In a few weeks, you will see a difference.
